Fusion vs Fusion

Range, Yield, and Cyclic rate-of-fire is all the information that is displayed for the 'standard' weapons listings. Unless someone can come up with the math/physics on morphing the R/Y/C values into some type of formula, and somehow coming up with the energy debt figures. ;)

Fusion vs Fusion

I get the fusion cannon. Move most of the sliders to the right. Seems common sense.

"Do you want more heatsink or less headsink?"
"Um..."
"Heatsink keep your ship from exploding."
"More?"
"Good choice."

Fusion vs Fusion

That's what I did, but I can't tell whether I gained an advantage in energy use between the standard "Fusion Laser" and the fusion laser that I had custom made. Maybe even if I'm using slightly more energy with each pew-pew I might have to check if I gained in the heatsink category. I hadn't thought about testing for whether I had created a laser that wasn't as hot. Since the heatsink slider didn't add much in the way of energy use, I did slide it all the way. Heat wasn't a consideration because I did just that, "Moar Heatsinks!"
