The gate from Sapphire to Lambda has officially become my favorite gate.
Unfortunately, Lambda was only a transitory stop on my way to Emerald. I managed to capture this picture, just as missile alert sirens started going off. It would seem the Cap was not friendly. My wife was entertained by cries of "oh crap oh crap oh crap" as I haphazardly made my way back to the cockpit view and laid on the Afterburner key as hard as I could. I managed to reach missile escape velocity just as the missile proximity beeps started becoming more of a continuous noise rather than distinct beeps.

I managed to land safely on wolf on a mountain peak above
the deadly low altitude pressure and deployed a walker.
then left planet with no dammage.
saw some crates on the surface but it's sure to be a death trap.

Currently, that's not the case. But, when it comes to planet Wolf, I wouldn't be surprised if Vice makes another change later on.

I guess that means a ship is tougher than a TW when it comes to surviving Wolf's atmosphere.
