Came across this game on Youtube while looking at old Frontier vids last week after a drunken chat about games from ol'dun days...was sold on it when i saw space to earth entries just like Frontier & tbh it just looked like a newer better version of it. Played the demo a couple of days ago & didn't hesitate to purchase the full game.
Dont know what it is about these space sim games that brings the wide eyed kid who wants to be Luke Skywalker out in me but thats exactly what it does. Just had my 1st few hours with it & am currently enjoying the delights of mining asteroids for megre bucks but small beginnings an'all that.
Once i find my feet i'll hopefully get more involved online as that is something i've never experienced on a game like this before (usually a console gamer) but for now it's back to the grind...& i'll have good look around for hints & tips to make quick credits but any pointer from the more experienced pilots on here would be appreciated.

Welcome aboard and don't hesitate to jump into MP as the pilots are great and will help in lots of ways. You won't see crowded space most of the time and you may not see any players on a server at some times. That being said small can be good and MP keeps growing.

Jump on MP right away. I did and never looked back.
You can do the same things online with the addition on having others to talk to, fight with and against.
Doing contracts together is much more fun and all pilots benefit from it.
You'll learn much quicker as well.
