Well..how is it? Does the game live up to the features they say it's got? Do you guys like it?

I did something I don't normally do. I'm at work, and was browsing the fourms for another space sandbox game I play on my break. Came across a thead that linked to a space combat game. Looked somewhat intresting so I was reading about it and taking a look around thier fourms. And found a thread that linked to this game.

And taking a look around here..it really seems to be the best things I've liked about all the space games I've played all in one. I couldn't even control the impulse, I just bought it right there on the spot. Now I'm waiting for this long day to be over so I can get out of work and get home to try it, can't wait to see if it's all I hope it is.

You won't regret your purchase. The Sim is great as are the pilots in MP play. You don't have to play on-line but it's lots of fun.

Welcome to the forum and the Sim. Have fun and hope to see you in Multi-Player sometime.

Well I didn't get to try it out last night, something came up with a good friend. Kinda disipointed I have to wait through another day to try it.

Thanks for the welcome. I live way out in the middle of nowhere, the only internet access available out here is by satalite. So playing most games online is out of the question for me at home. But if I like the game I'll show it to my friend who lives in town when he gets back in a month.

Hopefully you'll see us both around soon.

Fell in love with Elite on the BBC B in the 1980's - this is the game we dreamed about if we had sci fi like computers

the game is awesome - a sandbox so you can really do what you like
the community is awesome both on the forum and in MP - helpful and fun
the developer (Vice) is awesome - he responds to ideas, suggestions and questions very quickly - I think his record is about 7 minutes!

buy it - you won't regret it
