additional mouse buttons never off focus

I have my thumb buttons assigned for free look and quick safe atm and noticed that they work even when i am working on another screen in browser or other programmes

i am pretty sure this is a "feature" or a bug so i am just mentioning it.

My hardware is listed in my sig (plus a GTX460) and i run win 7 64bit

There hasn't been a practical way to disable various input functions while the game is running. It's generally best to not leave the game running while you want to go and do something else in other programs (not only for this, but also for resource reasons). So I'd recommend entering the exit menu to leave the game on pause while you go do other things on your system.

speaking of performance there seems to be no issue with the client at all no matter what i run in addition on my system (and i run a lot of stuff, from video over audio editing to graphic software, mostly all at the same time.
the game barely touches the systems resources

unfortunately i cant say the same for the 2d server version.
i tried to run it on the dedicated box which i am renting :

Win Server 2007 SP2 64 bit
AMD quad- Opteron2.7ghz
4gb ram

when i start the 2d server i get a error message (missing msvcp100.dll) but the console window starts anyways.
then the thing pretty much locks up the system. i cant even bring up the task manager to check resources.

any advice here at all would be nice

Just need to follow the installation step in the included instructions, namely install the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable package (link is also in the instructions): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... en&id=5555
