confused a bit, help needed

i'm new here, i saw this game on steam and thought i would check it out.

it seems there are 3 different games here but they are all basically the same thing but with some changes.

what game is the one to get and is there a demo anywhere ?

Hi ak247, welcome to the game and forum!.....Hope to see you out there some time!.....

All 3 games have a free Demo and you can spend as much time in training mode as you need in the Demos and I think you have 90 minutes of demo play time!

Evochron Mercenary and Arvoch Alliance are to 2 latest games. EM is more a freeform and clan multiplay oriented and AA is more combat mission based and is more limited and dependend on players hosting multiplayer sessions!

You can Download the games from the games website and you automatically have the demo time of 90 minutes and after that you can decide to purchase a key to unlock the full version!

so which game is the one to get ? which one has the most people playing, because i'm thinking that each game version has it's own cost ? and are seperate from each other.

at the moment mercenary seems to be the one as it has the most to do, but i do like the sound of combat missions from alliance.

If you want to do multiplayer and fly in a seamless galaxy, I'd suggest Mercenary. If you want to script your own missions and play them either as single-player or hosting your own on-line game, I'd go with Alliance.

You can also do combat missions in EM in the warzones. But the combat missions in Arvoch Alliance are more varied and seemingly more complicated! If you like to do more then just combat missions then EM is the way to go! In EM also there are 6-9 Servers available to play on with your friends and or clan and is easier to do coop missions and get help then in AA. Try both free Demos and see what you like!.....
