Rain and chatter sounds

Hi there !

Here are two sounds which will change the default radiochatter and rain sounds.

The radiochatter sound was borrowed from a X2 mod wich added some ambient noise to carriers including radio chatter. Works for me

The rain was recorded in a car driving through a storm. Perfect for a landing in bad weather.

Just unzip in the "evochron mercenary" folder or copy the wav files into the "sounds" folder.

I find the radio chatter is too hard to understand and covered with noise but the rain is nice, i think i'll be using it.
