Everybody who plays this game wants blast someone because the weapons, the graphics, the sounds and because we are a violent by nature!
Learn the basics.
How to mine, trade and fight the rebels first.
This will give you confidence in your abilities and time to get or build your super ship.
Blasting clans or veterans in superior ships will just get you destroyed.
I made Fleet Admiral/Legend in four and half months so the learning curve is short but well worth it.
