Mod install???

Hi everyone sorry for being a noob but would love to install some mods on this awesome game but don't know how can someone please help thanks

Also, if you prefer to do it manually, most of the modders have posted some kind of instructions along with the mod itself. Usually it comes down to unzipping the mod file you just downloaded, and copying it to one of the folders ('environment', 'hud', 'ships', etc) and you're good to go. If you don't have these folders yet, create them manually.
There are a few mods which require you to edit a configuration file (.ini file) manually, but those mods too come with precise instructions.

Just want to say thanks again tried what ya said and my game iss all modded up nice to see some freindly people on here and whoever wrote this game sorry don't know ya name wow its amazing been on it none stop
