Mark posts as read-button

Hi, just a silly question

I've been looking all over the place, but can't seem to find a 'mark all posts as read'- button. Am I really overlooking it or is it just not there? If not, would it be possible to enable it, preferably on each forum section? I don't have time to read each and every post so just browse through the forum reading the most important ones. But since I mostly don't read each post in a section, I can't see when a new one is posted without being able to mark the remaining posts as 'read'.

I prefer the "View First Unread" option like they have over at SubSim. But I doubt it'll ever happen.
