Runtime Error 7018-Have tried all solutions presented in "Search"

Howdy, I hope someone can help me. With my runtime error 7018, I have tried every solution that was listed when I searched. I ran the memory tester and can pass up to test number 3.
I rolled my ATI drivers back to the November 2011 version.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I have been able to succesfully play for two hours in the Steam version over the past day or so. However, this morning, I get this error at 28% consistantly.
I do NOT use ANY anti-virus and never have in 20 years of computer use.
My task manager is kept clean as I do not let random programs run in the background. If I don't know what a program is, I kill it then and there.
I lowered all graphics to minimum settings with no change.
I have rebooted many times of course.

Please help! Nothing has been installed on the system between yesterday and today, and the computer is kept off.
