Can't watch. It says......Currently BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only, but all BBC iPlayer Radio programmes are available to you. Why?

BBC does that. Some Doctor Who games, at the official website, can't be played anywhere but the UK.

I suppose someone could download tor and exit through a node in the UK. Then playing any kind of media through the Chrome browser doesn't offer up the usual blocks.

The exact steps are easily searchable if someone needs better directions.
