Frame Rate

How does one determine what their frame rate is?

press the tilde key the number in the top far left corner is your framerate

I use fraps to see my Frame rate.

When I press the tilde key my Frame rate is always greater than 60
With navmap open it is always less then 17.
With inventory console window open it is about 40.
During combat about mid 40's.

But when I press and hold Tilde key it is Always over 60
regardless of what other window was open at the time or how many reds are buzzing around me.

That sounds excactly like my frame rates with my Radeon X1900XTX.....

That is your reputation or your update rate I do not excactly remmember. If it is a 3 digit number it is your update rate! If you are already advanced and the number is bigger then 3 digets it is your reputation level I think....
