Noob with request for assistance...

Couple of questions... First, can someone post the IP for Remula1 or another big server so that I can attempt to join it manually? For whatever reason my game won't pull a list of servers and its driving me batty.

Second, can someone point me to an equipment faq? I'm new to the game and i'm having difficulty getting a grasp on what some of the gear does or needs without just spending the cash to get it. Things like the Afterburner Drive don't have a description of why its so expensive and what its going to do to benefit me. I also bumped into the excalibur missile system which looks promising, but extremely expensive. Help?
