I really appreciated the help. It got me into the swing of things.

I'm curious though, how do I understand where the warzone starts near Talison?

There's a jump gate, in Talison, which takes you into the war zone. You'll find a similar jump gate in all the areas which have a war zone! Enjoy

Big thanks to everyone. Nice mapping system Seejay! I had taken a look at it a few days ago, but I was afraid I'd discover too much - kinda wanted to experience the discovery on my own.

LOL, I end up just asking anyways. I've been flying around alot lately trying to figure out a nice niche. I'm feeling a bit more comfortable with things though.

The shared missions last night helped out a lot with my financial woes with the combat startup.

It takes a bit of starting capital to run ordinance. Most of the starting combat missions pay less than the cost of the mission. But I suppose that's why America's broke right now. Evochron's pretty dead-on accurate.

I have to make a correction here. Once I entered into the war zone, the mission pay's much better.
