hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself.
I just found this lovely gem of a space sim and can't wait to try out the game as I'm also married with kids like many of you and only have limited time.
I'm a big fan of space combat sim games. I'm an old school Wing Commander/Privateer fan. I was a big point and click fan back in the day of Sierra Online made real games and not the garbage today...just my opinion.
Looking forward to getting involved in the community and learning this game. I'm glad I found it!
just curious, i'm a police officer and wondering any other LE folks out there or military folks. Not many admit to being gamers such as myself.

Hello syscrash, hope that callsign (lol) does NOT reflect fact. A lot of us are Military and former Military. I believe we have a few law enforcement pilots also. Welcome to the forum and the Sim. See you out there sometime.

Welcome syscrash. I'm a swedish commercial pilot working with flight performance and still love to play great games.
This is the best space sim I ever played and the guys here help out a lot. So is the creator, Vice, as well.

Hi syscrash, welcome aboard. The game has something of a learning curve, however it is truly awesome, if you ever want help with anything, or just to hang out, feel free to jump on MP. It's a smallish but good bunch of people.
