It seems im stuck in Olympus Prime without getting nowhere even I have done loads of work for Energy, Navy and miners. Do I have to raise in level before it change in quest log?.

As far as I've gotten, all quest contracts have the "I.M.G." label at the top. The other contracts don't count.-

Yes, you only need to concentrate on the one contract that has the "I.M.G." label above it....
Once you complete that one contract you should get your information for the next IMG mission quest.
