OK .. I'm stumped. Got TrackIR5, works in everything else, but in this game the second light don't come on - you know, the one on the right of the camera, that says it's connected to a game. I tried turning on the in-game setting, but it flashes a red line that says no compatible device found.
Track IR is running in the background, I can bring it up and it's tracking me fine, the left green light is on so I know it can see ME, but it's not talking to the game.
I'm using the latest version downloaded from the NaturalPoint site.
Is there a file or something I need to download somewhere so TrackIR knows the game is compatible? Or am I missing something...?

Make sure that in the TrackIR Tracking software Mercenary is in the list of games. If not then you have to update the list from TrackIR website....

Thanks guys, got it working. I had to download an updated game database. Seem strange, the version of TrackIR I installed was dated August 10th, 2010, but the game database was dated sometime in May, 2010. Even so, the older game database they have listed was published.
Think my problem came in that my flight sim virtual cockpit isn't on the Internet, and I never ran the updater. I grabbed the files they had listed on my laptop and pushed them over using my Droid. Been too lazy to run Ethernet to the sim pit, or a wireless extender to get a signal over to it.
Game works awesome with G940 controllers, TrackIR5, G930 surround sound headset, and a 1080p projector shooting an 11 foot diagonal 1920x1080 image. Very immersive!
