I've searched forum, looked at strategy guide, wiki, googled... It's seems like it's expected to be common knowledge where the "warzones" are, but nothing just outright says "The warzone is here" or even naming systems. It's a big universe and if I'm doing kill missions I might as well do them for a reason (mil rank). Over 50 kill missions and not a single mil rating point..
I did find that there was "three" warzones... but even in that paragraph it did not even HINT at location.
Anyone willing to point us in the right direction so we can do som killing with a purpose? lol

Well, they're pretty much labeled on the map. If you take a quick peek at the quadrant map, you'll see that the axis of ev...err, the Vonari are located at the galactic north. The adjacent systems contain jumpgates to the respective war zones.
So, there's the Cerulean War Zone, the Talison War Zone and the Sierra War Zone. Just fly to the respective system (those are clearly labeled on the quadrant map) and look for a jumpgate labeled "(System) Warzone" there.

And most of them are slightly off the beaten path. Meaning, further away from the main jump gate than anything else in the system. Which is why you need to zoom the map all the way out to spot what will then be a tiny, purple dot.
