Was online the other day but didn't see anyone.
Anyways i was just wandering around and found a wormhole, when I tried to enter it I got devoured like a fat kind on a cup cake.
Any idea how I can get in or is that possible. I know there are a lot of places online to read up on this but I try not to spoil too much of the game so figured I would ask here.
Sounds like you tried to enter a black hole (some of which have wormhole pathways inside them). Black holes will crush you quickly if you try to just fly into them. They require a very special approach technique. Many wormholes are not as dangerous and can just be flown to.
Well, When i flew by it my science officer (Skill 100, loyalty 100) said that it was a wormhole. I flew to the middle where there was a glowing ball and thought to myself "Ohhh shiny" little did I know the shiny chuck norrised my ass quick fast and in a hurry.
The wormholes in the middle of the black holes are difficult to jump through, and always (in my experience) result in at least some damage to the ship. If you want a hint, scroll down

Spoiler (highlight to see): Try jumping into the black hole. Just remember that you come out of the jump slightly before the desired nav point, so you will have to adjust your jump point to exit the jump inside the wormhole.
Heh, yeah I saved, I'll try it again today when I get home. this game is total crack, I don't get any sleep and go to work feeling all groggy, then I spend the day on the forums

LOL....first you'll loose sleep, then your job well some jobs are not that important anyway...LOL..then it is the wife or girlfriend some are not that pretty anyway to keep, but hey you will always have Evochron to roam around care free and so what you get blown to stardust gazillion times before you get the hang of this game.....LOL...:P:P:P:P (Don't take my comments serriously, I did lose my job but not because of this game and I did find a new and better one 3 months later and not because of this game, I did not loose my wife because of this game, no need to she is cute and pretty..LOL..., but I did loose sleep because of this game....but gained a lot of fun and excitement because of this game.....LOL....:P:P:P)
