VISTA 64 and the x52

Guys, trying to install my x52 in VISTA 64. I downloaded the drivers and the SST software off of the SAITEK site. the DRIVERS installed with no problem.
For some reason tho i CAN NOT get the SST SOFTWARE to load.
Its version: SST_Software_64_6_6_6_9.exe

When i click to install it gives me this error message, please note i have even re-downloaded it multiple times.

UPDATE::: I just tried installing the 32bit VISTA version: SST_Software_32_6_6_6_9.exe and get the same error. CAN SOMEONE CONFIRM that they are getting this when downloading these version from the saitek site?

ERROR: THE CONTENTS OF THIS FILES CANNOT BE UNPACKED. THE EXECUTABLE YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO RUN HAS BEEN CORRUPTED. PLEASE OBTAIN ANOTHER COPY OF THE FILE AND TRY AGAIN.

Keep in mind im a network engineer and know my way around software and windows like a pro.

well i decided to download it from another pc. with the same OS, guess what. It works now. I just downloaded moved it over to this system and its working like a champ. now i just need a few profiles.
