Contract: Lost Item

Post by tals »

Anyone any tips on this, i've taken a contract to find an item. I go to the nav point but its not there. I assume you have to search around but i;ve used the t and r key and can't see what they are looking for?

Accept contract, press f2 to jump there. Then look at your radar and go to the purple dot. Your lost item is there. :)

Good flying.

You may have to travel forward a little after you come out of the jump as some times the item won't show on your radar right away but not out of the sector.;)

 And keep an eye on the radar as you approach the waypoint ... just in case you overshoot the object (happens to me maybe 40-50% of the time). You'll know 'cause that purple dot will drift by and maybe disappear before you come to a full stop.

 Gotta jettison that extra weight before engaging the enemy.
