Credentials suggestion

I'd like to see a way to see if a players rank. Is this possible?

You can view a player's rank and your own by hitting the ~ (tilde) key. A small menu will pop up in your top right corner. It'll have military and civilian rank. It'll even tell you what sector they're in.

No, only online.

Press F3 then press News button when offline (single player)...
