I can't trade my Hunter frame for a Ferrett at a carrier? It seems I need to sell my hunter frame for something smaller at the nearby space station and then I am able to go to the carrier and trade for the ferrett frame.
It claims I don't have enough resource points or whatever. You are not allowed to modify the frame either.

Reduce the size of the fuel tank. The tank you're trying to fit from your civilian Hunter won't fit in the smaller Ferret scout.
