Question about hangars

Hey, all.
I found a hidden planet with some really good frames. I'd like to buy one, but don't want to get rid of the one i fly right now. I could store it in a hangar, obviously.

So, here's the question. If I store it in station X, will it be available in other stations or just at station X ?

Just at station X where you stored it, and you will be charged a storage fee on a regular basis by that Station X, but you could buy the frame you have now still at other stations that cary the same frame!;)

The other option is you can store the design as a template. That way, it won't cost you any money to 'store' it, but you can still build it again later at any station that can construct it.

I just lost half my cargo trying to "swap" ships ... so I'm interested in this template option. I assume it won't cost anything to have a ship re-built from a template ... otherwise, why not just build a new ship from scratch?
