More accidental jettisoning and shipyard hangars

So there I was, casually clearing a solar array and I accidentally hit J instead of K, again, and I lots all of my cargo.

So I hold down ALT-F7 for 10 seconds and boom.
(would be time-saving if the Esc menu provided this option)

I reload my last saved game and Im at the station I was last at..

..BUT my cargo is no in my cargo bays but in the hangar!
(I had not stored it there before saving)

Im so pleased it was somewhere.. just not where I expected.

Do we get charged for the micro-rentals of shipyard hangars?

Leaving cargo in the parking hangar won't cost you, but someone else is bound to pick it up eventually If you jettison cargo by accident like that, you can just tractor it back aboard.

Now I wonder what would happen in Multiplayer If I'm waiting behind you for you to hit that J again instead of K and I run of with your Cargo full of say Fulcrum torpedos and then you decide to do the Kaboom part! Do we both end up with cargo of fulcrum torpedos? Yours from your last save in the Hangar and mine stolen from you!
