Request - Crew screen next patch

Vice, in next patch, could you please make the button that increase/decreases pay in crew screen either larger, or have it as text I can just type it in, and give my poor arthritic fingers a rest please. My fingers ache after adding a new crew member, certainly wouldn't hurt gameplay. Either increase to 250-500 or pref just let us type in how much to pay them.

Hold the alt key down and you can adjust the amounts in intervals of 500 instead of 50.
