reaching earth Without a wormhole

reaching Sol is easy (i'm trying not to spoil anything). first, make shure your prepered for the trip. this can be done by getting a fuel tank 10, filling it, having the scret jump drive, and alot of time on hand;). I recumend to start at Sirius. first, set your cordnates to Sol (-1050 SX, -5050 SZ). next, set autopilot. let it run for a bit, just to get you faceing to the waypoint. Now, disengage autopilot, and, to conserve fuel, disable IDS. Now for the easy part. keep your nav. consle open, and start pressing alt-f2. this will send you asfar as your jump drive can. keep on doing this, untill you almost hit Sol in a SX or SZ. set your focus on that, and start going in the SX or SZ direction. Than, once you hit the SX or SZ cord, start going soley going in that one direction. evenctualy, you'll hit home. It may be a long trip, but it may be worth it. word of advise though, don't bother landing on Earth, it's forbdin space.

How much fuel does it take? and how many Mantis Jumps does it take?

I did it in ER.
You need 5 fuel tanks (approx) and patience

I thought it was closer to Alpha Centauri, still you need allot of fuel, 2400 minimum I believe it was!;)
