While Im grinding my way to RiftSpace I got bored so switched to extenal view.. then Alt-F2ed and was this:

That is an issue with leaving the nav console open while changing views. It has been fixed and the update is available (same link as in the 1.048 thread, http://www.starwraith.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4387 ). Thanks for catching it.
