How can I un-invert my mouse control?

I've tried everything, but when I use my mouse to look up/down, the control is inverted. I pull down and it goes up, pull up and it goes down. How do I fix this?

hit esc and click on control method a few times till you get the right one ( there are two, mouse control and mouse control invert y) )
