I've tried during a while Unlocking the reward achievement : Term of Service Medal Overall Length of Service
I Compared my stats to another players who optained it but who doesn't remember how he got it. And it's seems it's not related to the stats or I maybe missing something.
Does someone got this achievement and do remember how to optain it please?
Thank's for the fast reply. It seems it's wrote over 100h on any of my different profile. Does that could be link that the profiles have been used in the past with the beta and could influence on geeting the achievement? If yes does starting a new profile and reach over 100h will solve the goal?

It can be triggered on any profile that hits the mark and should be displayed on the in-game medal list in the Available Pilot Profiles (Pilot Manager) menu when selecting 'Achievements' on the left side after selecting a profile. However, since Steam achievements are a one time award, the same isn't the case on the Steam side of things where getting the achievement once attaching it to your Steam profile permanently and as so, it won't appear again.
And no, if you had achieved it at any point (ie 4 days of flight time indicated on the flight timer), the game will send the notification to the Steam side of things repeatedly to verify achievement status. So even if you had earned it earlier, it would still be applied to your Steam account later on. It sends the verification check (including redundantly) each time you load a profile and proceed to the main menu with that profile.
As you can see on this profile for example I got over 7 days plays which is over 100h and it seems however in game or on steam I haven't get any of this achievement. Ill give a go trying a new save I believe this is related with the beta stuff who might influented this result.
Yes, that is strange. I've double checked the string value for the achievement on both the Steam side of things and the game, both are correctly aligned and it correctly triggered for me on a test. If you send me that profile (via e-mail), I'll check it out to verify it is correctly marked as awarded there. The fact that it is not awarded yet both in the game and on Steam is a good sign that they are at least correctly aligned, so it should be something the profile will provide more info on.
Edit: Glad we got it sorted and you now have the achievement. For others encountering an issue (apparently with a very old profile), completing the next mission or contract will generally sort it out automatically to apply a pending achievement.
