So I'll begin:

[EL]-This Shield Modifier M Template that I found:

I found a template for Shield Modifier M. I can't find a single thing on the interwebs about Shield Modifiers at all. I've never seen them before so I'd think that they are rare but I have no clue really. It takes up an equipment slot and "A missle modifier reduces missle damage by about 10%".

I found the template deep in enemy territory so I really don't know if the enemy faction is more apt to these Modifiers or not. I built one. Doesn't seem to be worth a lot (57k) but neither was my walker when it was first built (around 30k) but now that's pricing out above 3m.

I also found the data for a Shield Modifier and I have tested it with NPC's in solo and MP and haven't noticed any change in damage received. I haven't tried in pvp yet tho.
