Is the Federation Legacy Quest line broken?

I had my third destination to fly to, and it was the Agate Gate with the destination I asked to go to reading SX:-2198 SY:0 SZ:3502 (though same gate)

I am at the destination, and there is nothing, and the purple quest waypoint is fixed on the gate I just came though.

I tired flying though this gate several times, and nothing is triggering. I even flew there from the last quest waypoint without gate travel.

And I doing somoething wrong or is this broken?

Also, is there any way to scroll the map with a button that takes me to the sector I have placed a waypoint at by typing the numbers in? If there is not, there should be, this would be very useful.

EDIT: So, the quest waypoint appears in the 3d view on the gate, but I found another in a ring of a planet in a near by sector. Confusing. Maybe a bug?

Are you using the TOP and REAR views in navigation map? Maybe getting confused because of that. Done it myself.

The map has arrows on each side for scrolling. You can also open the quadrant map and click on any of the gated systems to see what's in that system. If you're doing a quest, opening up the quadrant map by clicking on a system also allows you to check and see if the purple quest marker is where you think it should be.
