Have all the items, but the Engineering lab will not build a build constructor

I have checked and double checked my inventory and have all it shows I need in either my ship or that stations storage.

I have built things using the Engineering lab before, so I think I knew how it worked.

Must say, great game! [edit: reading this back I saw that this would be taken as sarcasm, that was not my intention other than this little thing I am greatly enjoying the game]

Do you have room in cargo?

Yes, one space in the cargo hold and one in the hanger is left.

Did you consolidate your cargo in the hangar before attempting to build an item?

Yes , everything seems consolidated, and just to be sure I put everything in storage.

Should I send you a file to look at?

Yes, with everything ready to construct. Also include the engineeringtemplate file you are using for the item you want to build.
