Server Not in Public List

I'm trying to get a server on the public list and not having any luck. Here's what I've done so far in the setup:

The server is hosted in a datacenter.
Ports are open and pass through the firewall
Name and IP is set in the config file
The server program shows the Internet Visibility Status as "Listed (Public)"
I can connect and play if I use the IP address.

Any ideas on what I missed during the setup?

A couple of things to check:

- The server name must contain valid characters compatible with the listing system.

- The server name must not be too long (keep it around 14 characters or less).
