Will you continue to maintain EM?
Also, if I do upgrade to Evochron Legacy, will my credit, ships etc get carry over?

Evochron Legacy credit carry over to new game
Your ships and stats won't transport from EM to EL. Like the rest of us, you'll be required to start off fresh.
