Not sure if it is intentional or not, when you change right mfd between list and detail view there is a break in mtds and missile lock caused by a blank screen; it would be nice to have that fixed.

That's actually a feature addition requested by players. The additional 'Off' mode is the blank screen and stops target missile/cannon tracking when engaged to avoid accidently shooting friendly ships.

I guess this is to keep "extra" Excalibur missiles from hitting friendlies when the hostiles are gone, however the missiles still lock onto the nearest ship (hostile or not) even with the blank right MFD.
Maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

Hello,
With a couple of stray Excal's, just keep pressing 'T' to swap target until they self destruct.

And avoid using the mass damage weapon Excal when there are friendlies nearby and/or only one hostile in range. The Excal is intentionally designed for a narrower scope of capability requiring selective firing more for fighter suppression, rather than lone targets.

Yeah, I need to hold off on the excals when the reds get few. Legacy's new hostile counter in the radar screen will help with that a lot.
Thanks for all the advice.
