Over the hill 2nd questtext file issue ?

Hello all.
I was doing the Over the hill quest, installed the second questtext file as prompted (saved, exited game, replaced file saving the old one in safe place, restarted game, loaded pilot previously saved).
From there, the show last quest message displayed the same as before replacing the questtext file but without the prompt to install the second questtext, which made perfect sense.

Now I am wondering, it seems I am back in the quest for peace when asked to find a system around vonari to have the peace negotiations and build a station on A550 (or something like that). No news of TO so far, it is kind of weird.

So my question is :
has something gone wrong and did I fork into a time/space distortion bringing me back into the QFP, or is it expected as part of the QFP scenario was reused for OTH ?

That OTH quest is so neat btw ! Great stuff, hope I didn't mess up the game ...

I did triple check I put the proper file in the game's dir, the second OTH questtext.dat from the website.

There isn't anything wrong. Just follow the instructions.

A small part of the Quest is actually from Q4P with Marvins approval. He was in my quest Project as well

If I recall correct we altered it just a Little to fit in to this story.
