3rd IMG mission (clean solar panels)

I've jumped to Erato, gotten the contract through the station, and jumped to the solar panels. I've cleaned them till their a blue color, but nothings happening. I even went back to the station to see if it would finish it, but it hasn't.

I've got no idea what I'm doing wrong, if I am even doing anything wrong.

If you did the cleaning as part of the quest, then make sure you have docked at the correct location and accepted a quest contract. You can tell if the contract is specific to the quest because of its heading, which is always at the top of a quest contract and bordered by asterisks (***).
