I bought the game recently, so my knowledge is lacking.
I have Ensign military rank, and a decently-built Venture for combat, but I want the edge of a MIL ship. So, I go to look at the MIL ships I have open and... there aren't any.
I'm docked in a Conflict station and looking in the shipyard, and I can only see CIV frames. Can someone point me at what I'm missing?

I checked out the carrier nearby and found the MIL frames. Pardon my noob!

To unlock better MIL frames, you need to rank up
your Mil career. Do any contracts in a WZ to do that.
