In warzones is it possible to give orders to navy AI?
If so what rank must you have? and do you just Click Orders and give the order?
I see no way to make them part of a Fleet (I'm talking the AI military frames, not navy civvie ships). I've never had one respond to the Trade Console.

IIRC, you need to be a fleet admiral to order naval AI into battle.
