Pretty close:

1860=E: (Terrain Walker HUD, Engine Damage)
1861=C: (Terrain Walker HUD, Cannon Damage)
1862=N: (Terrain Walker HUD, Nav Damage)
1863=M = (Weapon Lab, range in meters)
1864=RPM = (Weapon Lab, rounds per minute)
1865=H/S = (Weapon Lab, heat output per sec)
1867=D/S = (Weapon Lab, degrees per sec)
1868=E/S = (Weapon Lab, energy output per sec)

In the Particle's Cycle i have 2 strings: RPM/C
RPM is rounds per minute, C is cycle rating (lower is better/faster).
And in the missile Yield i have Number/Number Y
The first number is the explosive capacity of the weapon, the second number is the damage point count. For both of these, higher is better/more powerful.
