tiny capital ships out of nowhere. Possible bug problem.

it seems as though I've run into a problem. Simply put space ships that are supposed to be massive in size are very tiny. It's been like that after I installed HD capital ships mod. I've tried removing the mod altogether and verifying steam integrity but to no avail. Is this some kind of game glitch or is there a known fix? If so please do share.

The HD cap ships mod was made during the pre-expansion. The size correlates with the scale of the game from this time.
The expansion (2.x) version was increased in scale by 400%. Unfortunately, this mod was never updated to reflect the new scale size

Well that figures, turns out it was the mod all along. I uninstalled it and and verified steam cash twice. Steam went to re-install DX files, everything is fine now.

Look in the last posts in the cap ships thread, we have now a cap ships for EM2
