Menu Vanish every 3rd click

After 3 or so clicks at a space station my menu will disappear then when I click again the Menu returns. Really annoying BUT when I was being chased I opened my Nav Menu and tried to set up a jump and it vanished there too! I had to wait a second to click again to get it back. It didn't use to do this when I had the Demo or when I first got the game but now it does it in every Menu like clock work.

Are you clicking on the HUD to call up the menus or are you using the F3 and F1 keys? And, once in a menu, where are you clicking when the menu disappears?

Well the menu comes up when I auto dock at a station, when I click next on the job list a few times it vanished, after that it did it when I tried to buy/sell so I tried clicking anything randomly after that and it does the same thing. It doesn't do it though when I Enter the Station only the Launch menu. I was going to just live with it till I saw it happening in flight. I also pressed the F key for Nav. I want to say it started when I lost connection to an online server but I can't remember for sure.

I tried to take a screen shot but the Image size was to big. It just looks like when you are in mid flight and you press H to cycle the HUD off. The HUD is off and the Menu is gone.

Sounds like you may have accidently bound mouse button 1 to HUD control. Check your key and button bindings and if so, clear out the mouse button as desired. You can also restore the default settings (bottom right button in the key/button configuration menu) to quickly reset everything.
