[EM 1.828] Runtime Error 7008

Hi,

I'm getting this error after I try to start any mission (after the game finishes loading 100%):
"Runtime Error 7008 - Object does not exist in line 40607.
Object Number Not Found: 11000"

I have Windows-7 Home Premium 64-bit, with the latest DirectX and VB, etc.
I have no trouble running other games, from Freelancer, to Freespace-2 Open, to newer games such as Black Ops II, etc.

That will occur when you install a newer 2.X version of the game, launch it, then try to install the old 1.X version of the game over it. The 2.X version of the game is designed to be backwards compatible with the 1.X version of the game, but not vice versa. If you want to return to 1.X, you'll need to uninstall 2.X completely, including removal of the save data folder or at a minimum, the new version of the settings file. So if you want to try and get the old version you now have installed over the new version, you can delete the 'sw.cfg' file from the save data folder (default is c:\\sw3dg\\EvochronMercenary), then launch and test the old version of the game.

Is there a reason you are wanting to run the old version of the game?
