New server for Evochron Mercenary (old StarPort 6)"Tbirds SP6"

A new server "Tbirds SP6" for Mercenary is up and running at this time. It uses the Universe file from StarPort 6. I hope I can do half as good a job as the prior operator did in keeping it running.
