Story post guideline?

I've read over the board rules, but I want to clarify for my own reassurance -- what is the general rule on story and/or RP posts? Are a few PG-rated swear words acceptable provided they aren't gratuitous or overly numerous, or do I need to keep it as clean as possible?

You have to keep in mind that this is a Forum for all ages, and what is acceptable for some is not acceptable for others, PG-rated for some is R-rated for others.....So I would say keep it as clean as possible!.....

Understood, thanks. I'm sure I can find a creative way to paint a crude mannerism without actually *doing* it.
