Evochron Merc or Arvoch??

Hello all. Im going to buy either this game or Arvoch but I dont know which one to purchase. The appear to be quite the same except for one being freeform and the other being mission based. Im so confused and cannot afford both so Im asking you guys.... Which game do I purchase? I want an immersive game that has space sim combat but more. I am a huge fan of games such as Freespace 1 & 2, Freelancer, Starlancer, X-wing and Wing Commander. Which one do you guys think I would like the most???

I think you would like the freedom you have in Evochron Mercenary more!, you can land on planets, explore the seemless Evoverse, go where ever there is combat in any of the war zones or hostile systems at your own pace and time!

Arvoch Alliance is more combat mission based, and you can not go where ever you like or run trade runs......etc!.......

Evochron Mercenary is the best value!!!!!

They are both great games but for Multi-player buy Evochron Mercenary. Honestly both these games are a great value at a real low price.
If you want human or alien combat by Evochron. If you want to explore planets and walk on a planet by Evochron.

I like them both, but unfortunately, there's no multiplayer on arvoch unless you decide to host your own server or play on lan.
This makes EM more interesting for a longer time.

Mercenary is a sandbox - you can do what you like

Arvoch is combat through and through - mission after mission of being a navy combat pilot until you complete the campaign

However you can have lots of combat in Mercenary (against AI or other players on a MP server (and for free due to the generosity of players who run a server!)
