Activation Not Working

My "licensed to" name and key isn't activating Evo:Merc as it should.

What do I need to do?

It is very easy to type them in wrong so it is recommended that you "Copy" and "PASTE" each one into it's proper place.

All registration support should be directed to e-mail, starwraith.com > contact. Include the reference ID for your license to the game and name as it appears on the order.

I believe I got it now. Was using the wrong entry for "ID". Had to dig up my old email for the proper one.
