Walker is not working/letting me switch?

I landed on a planet(yes, I have the walker), but I saw nothing at all different then the previous version. No button to press to switch into Walker mode. Maybe I just didn't do it right, I don't know. I've been wanting to use the Walker ever since it was coming out, now I can't figure it out

Anyone have more of a idea then me?
